Subject: Unbelievable
OK, so just about every company has a slogan under their respective name/logo. Eyemasters' is "Why pay more". Most companies have a slogan that was invented by some fresh marketing folks and have nothing to do with the actual product or service. However, I must say that you guys have lived up to your slogan.
After spending 4 painful days looking for reasonably priced glasses, all over the DFW area, and being told in most cases 14-21 days would be the turnaround time, with prices for frames + BASIC lenses ranging anywhere from $300 to $650! Flabbergasted, I forced myself to keep looking; if not for just principle alone I absolutely needed glasses ASAP as mine were so scratched looking through them required near x-ray vision.
So after some Google searches, I stumbled on Eyemasters website. I saw "the hook" - limited special, "buy one get one free" - a promise all the other stores left something to be desired as upon my arrival at same found the ugliest, cheapest, undesirable frames I have ever dared to try on. But not Eye masters! I arrived on my lunch break, and while the store was full of customers, and the sign-in list 20 minutes and counting, had become amazed to see the large selection of real frames, with REAL designer frames (oh, like CK, and Armani, and Tommy, and Guess) starting as low as $89, and maxing at well under $300. I found an off brand (but still really cool) frame under $70, got the bells and whistles with the lenses, and happy as a fly in... Well you know... walked away in about 2 hours with stylish, crystal clear, yet affordable glasses. I think I need to go back to the eye doctor, only because I still can't believe my eyes. The best part, I have a second pair (the free one) that I get to send my wife up there to get this week.
For $250, my life has been normalized. I can see again, and I still have some green in my wallet!
Thank you for offering such great deals. My family is blessed. My kids thank you too. Somehow seeing better makes me say "what?" to them less.

Subject: Great Service!
Just wanted to pay compliments to your staff working Saturday morning at the East Hills Mall, St. Joseph, Mo. location. My glasses were broken and after getting no help from my original eye doctors office I decided to see what Eye Masters could do for me. The girls were super friendly and helpful and as promised had me in a new pair of glasses within an hour.
They saved the day!!!

I just wanted to comment about the great customer service I received at you Westroads Mall Store here in Omaha NE these last 2 days. Kellie B., an Associate at this location, was very patient and helpful in helping me pick out and purchase my new frames and lens. I stopped by on Friday night and picked out my new frames, I didn't have my insurance information with me at that time, but Kellie carefully gave me a good estimate on the cost of my new glasses and then helped me again today when I came in to finalize my purchase. Kellie made sure I was aware of the different options regarding my lenses and the costs associated with them. Some were options I wanted, some were things I didn't think I needed, but she made sure I was aware of them. She crunched a lot of numbers regarding what I needed and made sure I received the best price from your Store, as well as what my insurance plan would cover. I was very impressed with the way she ran through the options and figures.
I know she was just doing her job, but it means a lot to get a good value and decent service these days. I've been a customer of Eye Masters for many years, and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my eye glasses. Your Westroads store will be processing my new glasses as soon as I send in my prescription that I will receive on Monday. Kellie also gave me the option of faxing in my prescription which will give me time to do other things after my eye appointment is completed. Nice...
Please make sure this young lady is recognized for her good customer service and abilities. I don't think Managers and Corporations always recognize the value of its employees and how they work with customers every day. This is truly the key to business success. Thanks again for the service I have received and I am looking forward to my new frames and lenses.
